Module Dezines was established in January 2005 by Matthew McKnight. Matthew employed a young Rowan Tegart in 2006 who completed his apprenticeship in Building and Carpentry under Matt. Rowan then moved onto a foreman role in 2010. In 2021 Matt sold Module Dezines to Rowan who took on the role of Company Director, along with his wife Melissa Tegart as Office Manager.
